Saturation starts at 115%. Use 100% for the original colours, or reduce it for a muted palette.
Choose your crop
Drag on the preview for a custom crop. The shaded edges will be removed.
Set the pixel dimensions
Dimensions are shared with the download controls below.
Presets set the longest edge. Unlocking the ratio can stretch the image.
Say something
With Text selected, drag on the picture to position your caption.
Give it an edge
Frames are drawn inside the output size. PNG or WebP keeps any transparent corners.
Remove a background colour
Best for plain backdrops. Connected removal starts at the picked pixel, or image corners. Use the brush for other areas.

Choose the file that fits
Use JPG or WebP quality to reduce file size. PNG is lossless. The actual file size appears after you download.
A conversion does not recover detail already lost from the source. Transparent pixels become white in JPG.

How to adjust image saturation.
- Open a photo and inspect the colour preview.
- Move Saturation to strengthen or reduce colour intensity.
- Check skin tones and coloured edges, then download.
Let the colours do enough.
Saturation changes the intensity of colours throughout a photograph. A small increase can make an understated palette more vivid, while a reduction can create a restrained look. This page starts at 115%; setting the slider to 100% keeps the original colour intensity.
Watch skin tones, foliage and strongly coloured objects as you move the slider. High saturation can make them look artificial or reveal colour artefacts that were less visible in the original. It does not fix an incorrect white balance or selectively change the colour of one object.
At 0% saturation the photo becomes monochrome. For a dedicated grayscale workflow, use the black-and-white tool, where you can also fine-tune brightness and contrast. Text and frame layers are added after the photo filter, so a coloured caption can remain coloured over a muted photograph.
A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
Before you download.
Can I make the picture less colourful? +
Yes. Reduce Saturation below 100%. At 0% the photo is monochrome.
Does this change one specific colour? +
No. The adjustment affects colour intensity across the whole photo. Selective colour replacement is not part of this tool.
Will a coloured frame lose its colour too? +
No. Photo filters are applied before the editor draws text and frame layers.
