How to add text to an image.
- Open your image and enter a caption.
- Choose a font, colour and size. Drag on the preview to position it.
- Add an outline or text box for contrast, then download.
Words that belong in the picture.
Add a title to a thumbnail, a product label to a mockup, or a short caption to a personal photo. The text is drawn into the downloaded image, so it stays visible when the file is opened in another app. It does not depend on an external font service.
Use a short line for a small image. Longer text wraps across the preview, and explicit line breaks let you control the layout. The font-size control is relative to the canvas so a caption scales when you change output dimensions. Choose left, centre or right alignment to suit the composition.
An outline helps pale letters stand out on a dark or mixed background. A caption box is useful when the image is busy. Keep essential text away from the edges if another platform may crop the final image. This tool provides one text block with multiple lines; separate captions can be added after exporting and reopening.

The text becomes image pixels in the download. Keep this page open if you want to change it before exporting again.

You can add a visible name or mark. A visible text overlay is not a guarantee against copying.
