Who sells credits

Credits are sold by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller in the payment: it collects any sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipt, and handles card disputes. uncrop.si provides the AI runs you spend credits on. Dodo Payments' buyer terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. On your card or bank statement, the charge shows as a payment to Dodo Payments, starting with DODOPAY.

What credits are

Credits are prepaid units for paid AI runs on uncrop.si: image reads, AI uncrop and AI humanizer rewrites. Auto captions and the AI caption tools do not use credits. Low is free every day, for everyone. Your credits pay for Good and Max, and Max costs 3 times as much as Good. Every pack works for both. The button always shows the level and the cost before you press it. AI uncrop has one price, 5 credits a run from any pack, with no Good or Max to choose. A very long rewrite in a language that needs much more AI work per word, such as Chinese, can be too long for Max. The page says so before you press the button, and Good takes it. With credits, the image reading tools read up to 20 images in one go at Good or Max. Each image costs what one read costs, you see the total before you start, and an image that fails gives its credits back. A paid AI humanizer rewrite can be up to 1,500 words with a Starter pack, 2,500 with a Plus pack and 5,000 with a Max pack (fewer in some languages): the best pack you hold, not expired or refunded, sets the length. You need a free Google sign-in to buy and use credits.

Welcome credits

A new account gets 6 welcome credits to try Good and Max. They last 7 days, are used before any pack's credits, and are given once per Google account, and to one account per internet connection each month. They are a gift: they have no price, cannot be refunded or exchanged, and never count toward a refund of a pack you buy.

Expiry

Each pack's credits expire 12 months after you buy it. We use the credits that expire soonest first, so welcome credits go before a pack's, and an older pack before a newer one. Your account page shows when each pack expires.

Failed runs

If a paid run fails (an error, a timeout, the AI declining, or a rewrite that was cut off), its credits come back to your balance automatically. An image read that reaches its length limit shows the text it read, says the end may be cut off, and uses its credits; if it was cut off before any text, its credits come back. A run you leave before it finishes still uses its credits once the AI has answered. A text that turns out to be an instruction rather than a draft to rewrite still uses its credits, as the AI humanizer page explains.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying a pack if you have used 5 or fewer of its credits: email contact@uncrop.si from the address you paid with. Welcome credits are not part of any pack, so using them never counts. After that, a pack cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

This promise is ours, on top of the buyer terms of Dodo Payments, the merchant of record that takes the payment. We send the refund through Dodo Payments, to the card or account you paid with.

No cash value

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account.

Changes

We may change the free tier, the credit cost of each AI tool and the packs we sell. Changes apply to future purchases only. If we change what a tool costs in credits, credits you bought before the change keep the old cost until they expire, and we never remove credits you already bought.

Pauses

We may pause paid runs for a while, for example to fix a fault, or until midnight UTC once the day's budget for paid AI is used up. No credits are used while paid runs are paused. If we switch paid runs off for everyone, your credits' expiry dates move later by the length of that pause.

Your account

Credits belong to the Google account you bought them with. If you delete your account, its unused credits are deleted too and cannot be restored. While a card dispute about one of your payments is open, paid runs and buying credits are paused on your account.
