Reporting a problem with a tool

If a tool does not open your file, saves something unexpected or shows an error, tell us:

• the page you were on (copy its address),
• your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on an iPhone,
• what you did, and what you expected to happen,
• the exact error message, if one appeared.

Please do not send private photos or documents. Our tools work on your device and we never see your files, so a description of the file (its type, size and where it came from) is usually enough. If a sample would help, we will ask, and you can choose a file you are happy to share.

Ideas and requests

Many tools on this site exist because someone needed them. If a format, size or tool is missing, or a guide does not cover your app or phone, write and say what you were trying to do.

Privacy and your data

Questions about what we collect, or requests to see, correct or delete something you sent us, go to the same address. The privacy and terms page explains what each part of the site does with your data.

Business enquiries

For partnerships, advertising or other business questions, use the same address and put the topic in the subject line.
